[tab name="DESCRIPTION"]
Designed by our French engineers directly in our design office, our carbon cage for rear derailleur is easy to mount, improves the transmission of your derailleur group and brings a touch of color to your bike.
Our cage is made with very high-end materials: Ultra-lightweight carbon fiber, 7075 aluminum alloy and fully ceramic sealed bearings that are designed to last over time.
Our aluminum rollers have no wear compared to standard plastic rollers. Our sealed bearings protected by aluminum covers allow a longer lifespan. We designed these treads so you don't have to worry about maintenance or technical issues.
We recommend equipping your bike with a new chain to go with your Nova cage. We recommend adding 3-5 links from your previous chain.
We recommend a cassette with no more than 32 teeth for optimal shifting.
For an upgrade compatible with GS (long cage) derailleurs, please see our explanatory video: https://youtu.be/4tfNqiJyiO0

No set of rules can be made for how often your part have to be maintained. Our sealed bearings protected with alloy covers enable a longer lifespan. We designed these parts in a way that you will not have to worry about maintenance or technical issues. No lubricants or grease are required to put on the bearings. During your rides, dirt may get between the cover and the bearings, you can remove it with water or a degreaser. Fully ceramic sealed bearings so indeed there is no risk of oxidation.
Please note, they are dry bearings so do not use lubricant.
