Please note : We recommend car parking at the top of the climb near Hotel Ranwara

⏱️Start Type: Batch start
• 5 riders start together
• Each batch starts after 60 seconds
• Example:

• Bib 1–5 → 6:30 AM
• Bib 6–10 → 6:31 AM
• Bib 11–15 → 6:32 AM......
  Only the uphill section is timed.

Timing: Manual timing at the climb finish (4 lap times combined) 📝

⛔Cutoff Time: 4 hours 30 minutes
4th Climb Start Cut-off: 10.15 am
Event Finish time : 11.00 am
Fail to finish all 4 laps within the cutoff = Not a finisher.

⚠️Safety & Rules

• Only the uphill section is timed
• Descent is a neutral zone – no overtaking, no aero-tuck
• Ride single file on the way down
• Follow marshal instructions at all times
• Bib numbers must be visible at the finish of every lap
• Support car stationed at Finish point
• Mechanic assistance available at the start point before the event. Self supported during the event.

✅ Eligibility:
• Riders must be 18 years or older
• Participants must be in good physical health and capable of completing multiple timed climbs

💰 Entry Fee:
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable

📅 Registration:
• Entries close once 20 rider slots are filled

⚠️ Mandatory Gear:
🔹 Helmet – MANDATORY
🔹 Front & rear lights – MANDATORY
🔹 Bib number must be worn and clearly visible
🔹 Roadworthy, well-maintained bicycle – rider’s responsibility

🔸 Gloves & reflective vest – recommended

🚴‍♂️ Event Format & Rules:
🔹 This is a timed hill climb challenge, not a casual ride
🔹 Only the uphill section is timed
🔹 Descent is a neutral zone – no overtaking, no aero-tuck
🔹 Riders must ride single file on the descent
🔹 Batch start: 5 riders every 60 seconds
🔹 Failure to complete all 4 climbs within the cutoff = Not a finisher
🔹 Limited support on route – riders must be self-supported during the event

🚗 Traffic & Safety:
🔹 This is an open-road event
🔹 Riders must obey all traffic rules at all times
🔹 Follow marshal instructions strictly
🔹 Dangerous riding or rule violations may result in disqualification

💧 Hydration & Support:
🔹 Water, electrolytes, bananas, and dates available at start and finish
🔹 Support car stationed at the finish point
🔹 Mechanic support available at the start point before the event only
