D Byk Ride Pass 2025–26 — Terms & Conditions

1. Validity:
   The Ride Pass is valid from 1st Nov 2025 to 31st Oct 2026.
2. Eligibility:
   The pass is non-transferable and valid only for the registered rider whose name appears on it.
3. Limited Availability:
   Only 25 passes will be issued for this period. Once sold out, no additional passes will be made available.
4. Event Discounts & Access:
   • 20% discount applies only to D Byk Store-organized rides and events.
   • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
   • Members must register before the event registration closes.
5. Free Tune-Ups:
   • Applicable before every official D Byk Store ride.
   • Tune-up covers basic adjustments only — no part replacement or major service.
6. Free Bronze Service & Bike Wash:
   • Each pass includes 1 Bronze Service and 1 Complimentary Bike Wash within the validity period.
   • Both must be booked in advance and cannot be exchanged for cash or spares.
7. Service Discounts:
   • 15% off applies only to labour charges on paid services.
   • Spares, accessories, or consumables are billed at standard rates.
8. Accessories & Nutrition Discount:
   • 10% off valid on MRP-priced items only.
   • Not applicable during clearance or already discounted sales.
9. Members-Only Rides:
   • Minimum 1 members-only ride per quarter will be conducted.
   • Dates, route, and participation limits are decided by D Byk Store.
10. Jersey:

• Each pass holder will receive one premium D Byk Ride Pass jersey.
• Sizing subject to availability; once issued, it cannot be exchanged.

1. Brand & Tech Events:

• Invitations will be shared through the members’ WhatsApp group.
• Entry is non-transferable and may have limited seats per session.

1. No Cash Value:
   The Ride Pass and its benefits hold no cash or credit value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or carried over to the next year.
2. D Byk Store Rights:
   D Byk Store reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any benefit with equivalent value if required.
