The Muirwoods RC is the ultimate mountain bike based commuter with a Series 2 CrMo frame featuring new slider dropouts for chain tensioning, an internally geared 8-speed Shimano Nexus hub, and 650Bx47mm “Road Plus” tires that accelerate quickly and roll almost as fast as skinnier road tires while eating up potholes and curbs.
